Specialist Vapour Control Layers, Internal Insulation & Service Battens

To support the thermal strategy, Eco Space integrated a detailed internal build-up that included:

pre-installed service battens to streamline internal fit-out

Each unit was engineered and installed to meet Passivhaus-level airtightness standards, demonstrating Eco Space’s ability to deliver extremely high-performance envelopes at scale.
